Air crash of the plane of Siber airlines (S7) in Irkutsk
On July 9, 2006, during an approach at the airport of Irkutsk, the Airbus A310 of Siberia Airlines (S7) en route Moscow-Irkutsk crashed . As a result of the disaster, 124 people died, 79 people were saved, but were injured. We filed a lawsuit in the court of New York against Siberia Airlines S-7, and the Airbus Leasing II incorporation, the American company that owns the crashed A-310 aircraft .As a result of our work, as part of the proceedings in a US court, an agreement was reached with the defendants to conclude a settlement agreement. As a result, all our clients received substantial compensations.
